1. General provisions
1.This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes how Dominius AS, registration number 917502420, address Haugerduhagan 82, 0673, Oslo, Norway (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “the Company”) processes your information by using or purchasing our products on our website www.dominius.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and / or when searching for vacancies in the Company.
2.This Policy has been drafted in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free exchange of such information (PPA, hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

4.The legal basis for processing of your personal data is processing to take action on your initiative as a candidate before entering into the agreement.
5.We do not transfer the information we process when recruiting to third parties.
Purpose of processing and retention period
1.By processing and storing your personal information, we use organizational and technical measures to protect your information against accidental or illegal deletion, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or abuse or other illegal processing.
2.We process and store your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

11. Final provisions
1.By obtaining excess personal information from you or another data source, the Company removes it and no longer processes it.
